Sometimes there's a delay but usually not weeks long. If you have the card re-enter the code. You might want to try contacting Apple support, but if you no longer have the code then I'd be skeptical of the outcome.

Strange... I had $1.01 credit today. I added a $15 card and the $1.01 disappeared. I have no idea what to do about that.

This just confirms what I've suspected all along... Apple is literally robbing us blind!

If you people call Apple, which I'd suggest, please share their outlook.

I think something like this is quite rare. I've never had a problem with itunes codes or vouchers.

I'm sure it'll get sorted

Are you checking you balance from the same place you entered the code? If I log into iTunes on the PC the balance will show as whatever it was the last time I used PC, more often than not it'll say I have more credit than I do as I've been spending it on the actual device.

Probably not what's happened to you guys but thought I'd mention it just in case.
Would love to know the outcome if you contact apple.

Yeah, here is what I found, and I am a moron, since my 13 year old daughter told me "You can't trust that amount on your store home page. You have to actually look at your account to be accurate."

She loved giving me that bit of info.....

Just click on the account and then click on View Apple ID! It will there!
