Tin Pin Clone? (TWEWY)

Has anybody thought of making a Tin Pin clone (From "The World Ends with You") for the iPhone/iPod Touch? Touch controls suit it well, and I'm sure there's a developer out there that loves TWEWY enough to do it.

Developing a game costs money and time...are you looking to hire someone to make this for you, or are you offering your services to help someone make this?

This didn't fit in the lounge forum, so I figured it would fit here. I wasn't looking to hire anybody, and I'm not a developer, but I was just offering the idea. I do have some ideas for it, but I was really only looking for a developer who liked Tin Pin enough to want to do it of their own will.

I don't want to sound like a noob; I know how hard it is to develop games, I just wanted to give the idea to whoever could use it.
