Hi toucharcade, I just made and released this.

-Its a Poker styled solitaire game
-Build poker hands horizontally or vertically to score
-Build your multiplier by getting hands in a row
-Use strategy to build your multiplier, then placing your best scoring hands
- Simple clean design ( I even made the cards!)

Its free with some ad support ( developers need to eat as well! ) so I hope you enjoy it.

Nice. I'm not sure how long it'll keep me playing, but it's definitely very well implemented.

I'm curious - what's the logic for deciding which hand to score first if you make two hands in one move? I assumed it would score the lowest hand first, so the highest scoring hand gets the biggest multipler, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Hi mr_bez, thanks for the praise.

The logic is very simply, it just goes columns first then rows. But you do raise a really good point, that I should do it based on the lowest scoring hand first.

I'll factor that into a future update.

I'm working on a "holdem" flavoured version with the middle row hidden and that the cards reveal over later moves.

Multiplayer is definitely an option as well, I think it could work really well.

Would you consider making it possible for the player to get rid of the ads via an IAP?

I love this sort of game, and this is an extremely nice implementation.

I would be delighted to pay a couple bucks to lose the ads. I understand devs need to eat, too!

I just find ads too intrusive. They genuinely ruin my feeling of immersion in a game, and games with ads I can't turn off always get deleted. I realize I sound over-sensitive, but I really am bothered by them. And, as I said, paying to get rid of them would be great, in my book.

It really is a very attractive and enjoyable game.

Just a thought.
