Ah, no way this'll have a secret commentary slotted into that 5.2mb size. That was one of my favourite parts of A Dark Room. Especially as I'm the kind of dense, dimwitted dunderhead who didn't even realise that •••Spoiler:  I was a sociopathic child-killing alien all along!

All the same, this should be sweet!

So, the guy who ported the original game just made a prequel by bringing us the map part again, only this time with a brutal difficulty?

I love the original and plan to get this, but can't help but think what could be done with some really neat typography -- something that would preserve the text-only gameplay, but give it an extra level of polish. (Device6 being one such example)

The dark room was amazing. It slaps games like God of War in the face because it's just as interesting and miles upon miles simpler. You don't have to spend millions to make a game fun! Hell, indie games do that to AAA titles everyday! Amazing is what it is. Kinda never been a better time to be a gamer. It even is better then the time the C64 was popular (and that's saying a lot!).

Ok. I'm back.

I don't want to give too much away. I will say that it doesn't feel like a full game like ADR was. With this you don't worry about resource management. You will die often, and then pick back up and embark on the dusty path yet again.

it is very easy to recommend to any ADR fans. I'm absolutely loving it.
