I'd be able to solve your problems if you owned a Mac (do you?).

Assuming you are a mac user since you didn't go into system details;

Quote:
Restoring your Mac from a Time Machine backup

When you insert the Leopard install disk and boot off of it you will be presented with a semi-Mac OS X desktop. In the menu bar, select Utilities and then "Restore System from Backup..." Select your backup drive, the date you want to backup from, and then click restore.

Or this software is quite expensive but it will most likely work.

No, not complicated; just expensive and it can take a long time (depending on how much data you need to recover.)

I think those recovery softwares for Ipod dont work on the touch/iphone :/

buuut apps can be redownloaded for free, and let me tell you, I used to have like 100 crappy songs, and by losing all my music, I began to search for some new stuff and now have over 1000 songs. So its not all bad
