I passed the game around for different kids of different ages to try. Plus: Nice graphics Cartoon look appealing to the younger kids. Great value. There are 16 games here!! Not all games need adult intervention. Fun sounds. These games provide a fantastic bonding and learning opportunity for young children. No penalizing sounds. Easy controls for kids. Most of the games are just a tap or swipe. Minus: Ist opens, there is an owl in the upper left corner. Next to him is a banner that says push the button. 2nd time I opened the app, the banner stated; "Touch me to see the game rules." Both times I tried the button, I hear a very cute 'woo hoo' noise but nothing else happens. Other times there are other cute noises. When I select a game, there is a banner with directions next to the owl. It's just a little confusing because the statements make you think you need to press the owl in order to play at times. The home button looks very small and insignificant on the screen. Most of the kids that played were confused about how to get to a different game. ----------------- The younger kids really enjoyed the games. 11 and older felt like it was too 'baby' for them. Over all, I would suggest Babyup Beetles to any parent of young children, pre-k and Kindergarten teachers, and any parent looking for extra bonding and learning with their children. I personally will be suggesting this game for a foster parent newsletter and for bio families that want extra bonding for maintaining placements. A huge plus for me, is that when a child answers wrong, it just doesn't do anything. I mean, there is no shame felt because the game doesn't penalize the player and the player can just keep trying until they get it right. I can definitely claim that this is a no frustration game. Definitely a great value. (You must log in or sign up to post here.) Show Ignored Content Share This Page Tweet Your name or email address: Do you already have an account? No, create an account now.
