For those having issues, the work around way to purchase at the moment is to go to: http://www.c64iphone.com/ and then click their logo banner, it will load itunes and the page itself will come up showing 4.99. I purchased the emulator before but I gave this link to a friend of mine and he just said it worked.

dumb reason to pull it since you cant do much with it (missing semi-colon for one).

anyways, it will be back, it was absolutely racing up the top 50 and making apple a mint in the process.
