It is hard to tell how this plays, but it looks interesting. Here is a video I found:

Cheers for the trailer! I'm equally confused and intrigued as well, could be a really cool game in there. It looks great though and I love the humour so I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Seems like a match three with really high production value and story?

There is currently a paucity of information on the inter-webs for this one, so I emailed the game's marketing group and invited them into the thread.

Imma gonna to grab that fer sure! Tellya'll. Yummy match-3.

Eh... oops, it's already outsie. Buy-button smashed into tiny little pieces.

Hi, you seemed to be lost on the Internets.
This is TouchArcade, where 2$ for a game is too much, 5$ is an outrage, and 10$ or more is putting sugar in their car tanks whilst killing puppies.

Hey there! This is Brian from Arkadium, developers of Twisty Hollow. Thanks for checking out our trailer, and big thanks to Slewis7 for leading me here!

Twisty Hollow is definitely inspired by match-3 games, but also has elements of item crafting and time-management games as well, all on a circular playing field.

The inner circle has workers, the middle circle has tools, and the outer circle has resources. Match up the right combination and tap to combine them all to create a new resource.

Some workers can create different resources with different tools, some tools and resources can be used by multiple workers, and some resources require multiple steps to create. Each level has different combinations of all of these, with more workers, tools, and resources introduced as you progress further in the game.

So when a customer demands sushi, you have to match Mariner Gillian with the right tool (a fishing rod) and the right resource (a worm) to create a new resource (a fish!). Then you have to match Chef Alfredo with a knife and the newly-caught fish to create sushi, all while matching and managing demands for other customers too.

Let me know if you have any questions about the game, I'll be checking back here regularly!

Hi Brian! I just spoke to Silas, whom I know personally and he praised your game and company! I picked it up and I found the match 3 style cute!

The one issue is that there are no Game Center Achievements to unlock. (The game description says 'Unlock Game Center Achievements'. I entered my birthdate at 38, but regardless, when you go to the Game Center screen on your iDevice, it says no leaderboards or achievements for Twisty Hollow. Please reply.
