Hmm...looks like an interesting take on Zombie Highway, I just don't know if I want to shell out 3 bucks for it without knowing anything about it. Impressions anyone?

There is a freemium version of it.
Just scroll down app description to bottom and select developer apps and you'll see Route Z with no titanium in the title.
They removed ads, timers, etc from this version but you can try out the free version to see if you like it.

I really liked the free version except for the F2P mechanics, so if that stuff it taken out, this might be good
