App description: Like to building the biggest buildings around? Building Build uses the a unique test of hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and precision for you to build the highest building you can build! As your building gets higher and higher the blocks move faster and faster along with the music. Building a building has never been so much fun and so fast! See how many points you can rack up with your skills!

Building Build has blocks that scroll from side to side starting off with a set of 3 at the base and going to 2 and 1 when you get higher. The goal is to have the stacks on top of each other for the best possible support. Be careful to line the blocks up right, only overlapping blocks will stay there. If you miss the stack completely then it is game over for you! The tougher the difficulty, the faster the speed of the side scroll!

Apparently no one cared about this game. I have an initial impression based on the description alone: I don't want to deal with a company that feels it has to use as one of its selling points the fact that any relation this product has to any other third party product is purely coincidental. My question is - who did they copy so closely that they are worried about getting flack from?

I was kind of wondering that too.. Maybe we'll hear from the developer some time?

What would give anyone the impression that blurb was a disclaimer as to this game being a clone of another?! I took it as them using real life building products, like the name of lumber or something. Maybe a crane has the Crown logo or whatever?

Re-reading the disclaimer you are probably right. I took the phrase "3rd party products" to mean other software for some reason. Either way, I find it odd that a disclaimer such as theirs would appear in the App Store description, whose sole purpose is to try and sell a product. I could see that being something in the license, but not in the product description. I just wonder what it is about their game that compelled them to do that.
