When they say 'hard', they really do mean HARD. I downloaded this some days ago, but have since uninstalled it. It's not a bad game, IMO--it's just that I don't recognise any of the tunes, and the difficulty is unforgiving from the outset (although you do get a choice between 'Normal' and Hard' modes). You'll probably need to use both hands to perform all kinds of motions--seemingly random taps and line-tracing--that don't always appear to sync with a song's beats. On the bright side, you get to 'practice' with different songs of your choosing after you finish the tutorial. I think there are about eight or so from the selection list, but the motions don't seem to change for the same song (might be a good thing for anybody who's persistent enough). I haven't gone far into the game at all, but the RPG aspect mostly involves buying, equipping and upgrading 'weapons' (which are musical instruments). Depending on what instruments members have equipped during real-time battles, you'll be able to play different songs with different effects. The rhythm games come into play when you attempt to perform an ensemble with the right members playing the certain instruments. Depending on how well you do in a rhythm game, ensemble effects may either be highly augmented or completely nullified.

Looks good enough to try, without a doubt.
