Turtle Up Makes a Splash, Bringing Innovative, Fluid Gameplay Exclusively to iOS

AUSTIN, Texas - February 11, 2015 - Independent studio Manitou Games officially announced its debut title, Turtle UpTM, an innovative game where players command the ocean with their touch. Compelling fluid simulation and seamless touch interface make for a truly unique gaming experience.

Turtle Up challenges players to guide Luna, a mystical sea turtle, through 50 adventure-filled levels, swirling and swishing the water to keep danger at bay. “It’s about mastering flow by painting currents into an ever-changing canvas of water. It’s like you’re a turtle water god!” said Matt Baer, co-founder of Manitou Games. Explore three wild, aquatic worlds, search for fallen stars, and restore the night’s sky by returning them to their rightful place among the constellations. Turtle Up is free to play for players of all ages, and available on iOS today.

“The fluid simulation at the heart of Turtle Up is crafted to provide intuitive play and constant wonderment,” said Adam Gabbert, co-founder of Manitou Games. “With a single swipe of the finger, you can create a gentle tide, a swirling whirlpool, or raging rapids.”

About Turtle Up
Developed exclusively for iOS, Turtle Up runs on iOS 7.1 and above, and supports English, Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian.

About Manitou Games
