Hmmmm.... looks like some of the game mechanics of Treasures of Montezuma.

Anyone know anything about this game, or the PC game that it references?

Nope but I think I'll find a demo for the PC game (assuming there is one as is the LAW of shareware) and see if this is worth getting the iPhone or PC versions.

From the basics it sounds like you clear out groups representing lumber, brick, and other shoot which you then can build structures with that will give you special benefits to gather even more resources...could be cool or tedious crap. Not sure.

This does look pretty fun... and for some reason I'm a sucker for match-3's even though I complain about there being so many

but I literally have $1.07 left in my account and I can't buy any games for a while, so I'll need some impressions first. (Plus I just got Rise of Atlantis, so I don't want to get burned out)

Whoa the game board on the PC is HUGE!! Too cool - looks like it would probably be OK, even though some of the themes may be a little Puzzling like - but that was OK too...

If you really want crazy matching while scores are going on - smiles drop... it is the absolute bomb for continuing to do matching after a match - but yeah - getting an extra star in Montezuma - there is something nice about all the work that went into the efforts of frantic (and sometimes lucky) matching..
