Could someone please design a program for my iPhone that provides me a button on my home screen that simply switches the wifi on and off on my phone? Does this already exist?

How about a program that lets you assign a picture to the program's icon on the Home Screen which when touched immediately calls your friend? Or maybe it could give you the option of calling or texting? Could be used for an emergency number.

I know I've seen a program that comes close to this - where it opens up a screen full of icons that have your friends pics on them that dial their numbers when touched - I guess I am thinking of something one step closer to dialing.

I guess I find myself wanting less steps to do the most basic things on the phone.
