Hi, We have a thread about our upcoming game in "Upcoming iPhone and iPad Games". We posted a reply and it requires moderation approval. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks but when I edited the reply it disappeared again. I'm thinking it got caught by the spam filter again. Are we doing something wrong? Is it because it contains a URL or our username or because our account is new? Is there anything we can do to look less spammy? It would be a pain to have all of our replies manually approved.
URL's wont appear properly until you have 20 posts. So at the moment you'll just see the link as plain text
Once a post is approved it stays approved no matter what - there was just a misunderstanding between us mods. You had two posts in the moderation queue and I approved one. Psj cleaned up, but deleted the one I approved instead of the one still left in the queue, that's all. (Sorry psj, my bad - was on mobile.) Most of the time your posts shouldn't get caught by the filter, but in case they do - send a PM to either myself or any of the moderators and we will get it sorted out real quick.
I'm really not sure what caused that to get caught in our filter, it's looking for the absolute spammiest words. (i.e. viagra and similar)
Oh, yep, there you go. Sorry about that, typically the only people with super-low post counts posting about free streaming are spammers trying to get people to watch porno streams.
