App description: Lights, Camera, Action, Die, Retry...

Brutus & Futée are comics strips characters.
They used to be famous for their adventures in an old cartoon until their creator disappeared whereas they were at the climax of their success. With no roles to perform any longer, they moved to a quiet township.
Now, living a boring life and spending all their days watching TV, they miss their past life full of fun.
One day, Futee is mysteriously victim of a gag. Have they found a new author?

By interacting with the environment, help Brutus & Futée to safely pass any obstacle.

Paint objects to create many different situations.
Paint background elements and manage the ink gauge.
Touch the objects to activate them.
12 chapters full of humor.
Interact with the environment and see how the characters react accordingly.
Greatly animated characters, halfway between the video game and an animated serie.

I was very interested in picking this up for the 3DS, but looks like I'll be picking it up for iOS instead! Looks great and the storyline has me tickled so I can't say no

I played through the first episode last night and the second episode this morning. Very stylish and pretty fun so far. In some ways it reminds me of Ghost Trick, the Capcom game. Except instead of trying to figure out your own murder, you're trying to get the two characters to the end of their scenes.

The humor can be a bit juvenile at times, but the solutions are usually pretty creative.

Replayability is in trying to figure out all of the ways that you can mess up in a scene. These are called outtakes and it tells you how many there are in each segment of the scenes, so you know what you've missed and what you still need to find.

I don't know if they consider each scene in an episode a chapter, or if each episode is a chapter, but if it's the latter that should be a lot of content, since the second episode was a lot more complex and longer than the first one.

Either way though, i'm feeling like it's money well spent.
