App description: This game is for elite gamers (and people that like monsters).

Hi! Do you hate monsters?
Me either. But slaying them in a video game is entertaining and thats what DieMonstersDie! is all about. You see, Transylvania is a peaceful place - at least it was until recently. Towns all over the region are being overrun by irritable monsters and nobody knows why. What they do know is they can't fight them off alone. In comes Wolfgang - monster hunter extraordinaire. He doesn't hate monsters either, but he has seen this thing before and he knows just how to handle it...through superior firepower!

You control Wolfgang in his quest to stop the monster onslaught. Rip them apart with a chainsaw, flambe them with a flamethrower and blow them up with mayhem guided missiles all in the comfort of your salty palm. Upgrade your weapons, your health and even add regeneration to your arsenal as the monster parade never cedes. If that doesnt whet your whistle, take advantage of the RAGE button to unleash a devastating spurt of extra power. Dont just blindly abuse it though hot stuff theres always something waiting, watching and ready to avenge the deaths of the lesser minions. Youll need everything youve got to surviveeven then you wont.

DieMonstersDie! can be as fun or as difficult as you wish to make it. Play on easy mode if you want to sit back and blast some baddies or to unlock achievements quicker. Play Medium or Hard to challenge yourself and to show your buddies and the world that you dominate.

I read the description and its suck how the character doesn't move(if I read it correctly)...seems more on terms of alien crisis

look at the descriptions "dude", thats for the weapon movement I presume since none of the screenshots post the character from a different spot or position

Hi there. You are correct - the main character has no lateral movement in this version. But the monsters continually flood into the screen and you use everything in your arsenal to survive. It might seem lame, but it totally works within the game and it's really fun. I'd rather have you know this up front rather than having it be a negative for you.

I do have an Arena mode 70% complete where you can move but it wasn't ready by launch date and I want it to be really solid before releasing.

I plan to continually enhance the game and I'm hoping for user suggestions from gamers. I play games myself, but I'm only guessing what others will like. I have a forum on http://www.diemonstersdie.com that has a 'Suggestions' subforum if you with to contribute ideas.

I'm sure the game isn't for everybody, but I've gotten very positive feedback from many people so far. Thanks for paying attention.

Actually its just I thought it was a scroller at first lol. I actually like games like these.

I havent gotten it yet but wouldn't a tap method on the enemies work better such as alien crisis? or is that how you attack the enemies and that red button is just for show?

Oh and welcome to TA

I like the art style you've chosen a lot, but I am wondering if there is any gameplay video so we can see the game in action.
