[FREE] SwordCraft - 2D Building, Crafting, Sandbox RPG!

Building, Crafting, RETRO Sandbox RPG!
SwordCraft is a 2D building game in the style of Minecraft, Junk Jack, Blockheads or Terraria.

The game is currently in early Alpha testing.

Content is continuously being added.

Version .03 shipped!

One nice thing about Android is you can push out an update per day if you like for fast public beta testing.

IOS version coming after the Android version is stabilized and more complete.


1. Trying to get the GUI to scale well on big and small screens + any rotation.
2. Unity Video ads were added.
3. Unity analytics added for user tracking.
4. Title screen light was removed... was not working on all devices anyhow.

2 years latter we are finally shipping "Almost Weekly" Updates now.

Update: Version .07
1. Optimized rendering more. Faster FPS on slower devices.
2. Added multi colored ground.
3. Increased World size. 100x100
4. Fixed edge of world digging and building bugs.
5. Beta - Reward Ads. Watch Ads for Gold.
6. Fixed non responsive touches when placing items in world.
7. Slime Animation is back.

Update: Version .06
1. Shrunk players collision rect on right side.
2. Made Tool bar buttons respond better.
3. Fixed touches passing through GUI widgets.
4. Fixed cracks in tile map rendering on.

Update: Version .05

1. Improved performance on slower devices.
2. Added many Procedural render loop optimizations.
3. Added more optimized shaders.
4. Fixed GUI widgets not rendering properly.
5. Fixed bug that would spawn to many slimes.

Update: Version .04

1. The Game is now an arcade game.
We think this is fundamentally more fun.

Fixed hypothetical threading bug.
Added Player Lights.
Added Blue Slime Lights.

Update: Version .08
Added larger world.
Smoothed center of world.
Slimes only spawn in middle of world.
Players spawns in middle of the world.
Fixed some animation issues.
Added basic Day / Night cycle.
Added realtime lighting system.
Made lighting system multi-threaded.
Added 1 Ad played on game start.

Combat is actually fun.
Items all have stats, damage, knock back etc.
Controls have been re-tuned.
Larger World 700x500.
Basic Crafting.
Basic Harvesting of Trees and Rock.
More blocks to build with.
Blue, Green and Red slimes.
Lots of bug fixes.
Saving and Loading progress screens.
Hit Points.
Player XP.
Player leveling.
Player Death.
