After several days of uneventful travel, you see the ancient ruins that mark the entrance to the Mazes of Menace. It is late at night, so you make camp at the entrance and spend the night sleeping under the open skies. In the morning, you gather your gear, eat what may be your last meal outside, and enter the dungeon... Welcome to NetHack, inspired by Rogue, an RPG in which you must navigate the Mazes of Menace in search of the Amulet of Yendor.-- Good luck, and happy Hacking -- Information Seller: Genre:Adventure, Role Playing Release:Dec 06, 2015 Updated:Nov 30, -0001 Version: Size:0.0 TouchArcade Rating:Unrated User Rating:Unrated Your Rating:unrated Compatibility:HD Universal CalinR Well-Known Member Jan 16, 2013 384 0 0 Criminal Defense Attorney U.S. #2 CalinR, Dec 24, 2015 Last edited: Dec 24, 2015 I'm liking this one a lot so far, the movement isn't as fiddly as the App Store reviews make them out to be, considering this is a nethack um...client, or whatever it's called. You tap to move, one or more multiple spaces, tap to pick stuff up, open doors, hit monsters, all the other commands are done by a clean UI. This here's the real deal. Just the right amount of fluff over a serious rogue like. $4.99 one time unlock price, to remove ads that seem to only pop up when you go down a dungeon floor, no videos so far, bout to go unlock it now. A bunch of classes, alignments, pets, there's stuff here for the hardcore and the casual player, as long as they're willing to learn a little bit. ----------- I suppose one thing's throwing me off, not sure how to talk to a merchant to initiate a sale, but I haven't played a whole bunch yet, just can't find a talk command anywhere in the quick menus. Also I don't get the commands. Why incorporate PC commands into a touch screen game? (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
