Am I on to something? (EA NFS Undercover Related)

Hi, I was just browsing the top paid apps and was reading sim city's description when I came across something interesting.......

Previously the game description read at the bottom...

"Check out the other exciting EA games:
Top Selling iphone/ipod touch games: Tetris, Spore origins, Monopoly, Yahtzee Adventures, Sudoku
Coming Soon: Tiger Woods PGA Tour by EA Sports, Sims 3, NFS Undercover"

But now the mention of NFS has dissapeared: Does this mean EA are about to / have submit the game to the App Store contradicting EA's Craig Law who we heard from last week saying that he “can say with certainty that NFS [Need for Speed] won’t be releasing until next year.”

(Sim City) http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=300260420&mt=8

Any ideas / thoughts ?

Will

Or maybe they won't be releasing it at all.

It just means it's coming soon. Check their older apps' descriptions.

I feel dumb for not actually reading the the first post

I don't know what it means really. Maybe they're having some problems with it?

The Tiger Woods title sounds very very promising, as it could mean more EA Sports titles in the future

SSX 3

the ps2 version was amazing
plus on iphone you could use the motion sensitive stuff to detect different moves and tricks

it would be cool!

When I spoke to EA Mobile personnel a few weeks ago, they said that the final feature set for NFSU wasn't even locked down yet. That tells me that the game probably hasn't been submitted yet, although it's possible.
