Imagine a game in this style, but set in the SAW movie setting... Where you have to trap the people trying to escape your warehouse

I don't usually go for TD games I have always kinda been "you play one, you've played them all" I like the horror theme and it's kinda funny as well. I'm glad I bought this game and gave TD games another chance.

I really tried to enjoy this game because of the take on the genre. The idea of the game is that you have a treasure that you must protect from waves of enemies. You can place traps in rooms to harm them, summon monsters to attack them, or use magic to stop them.

After playing for a bit, the pace of the game is too slow. It's painful to wait for the dialogue to go thorough its course and to wait for the enemies to travel from one room to the next. It's nice to watch the first couple of times, but it gets old quick.

Maybe with some updates, this will be a really good game. It needs to be optimized for iPhone 6, faster pace options, and a better way to place multiple traps.

What he/she said plus....
Loads of unnecessary swearing throughout, the most grindy upgrade system known to man (I'm sure it was made with freemium in mind), poorly described traps that don't explain what their stats are and re-emphasise that without skippable dialogue and a fast forward button this is barely a game, more a movie you have to watch time and time again with no fast forward.

Buyer beware

The intro movie grabbed me in immediately. I felt as though this game was going to be something special. It was very well made and had a couple of scenes where I felt that the Apple police would have deleted.
The first couple of levels gave me high hopes that this was a tower defence game that was a real new twist on the genere.
Unfortunately after a couple of levels you soon realise what the game actually is.
It is badly translated and in a lot of cases wordsdonteven have a spacebetweenthem.
The game desperately needs a skip dialogue button as well as a pause button and a speed up button.
Your game only saves after four missions in each level. You soon realise that the only way to progress in the game is to save skulls (it really feels like skulls were meant to be a paid for iap).
You get skulls by defeating each four mission level. These skulls then allow you to buy upgrades.
The game is really difficult too, another throwback to needing skulls as an iap. It really is very hard to get to stage two.
There is a lot of potential to this game however and if the devs address the gameplay problems I think they have a winner.
At this stage though I simply cannot recommend a purchase.

EDIT:
A made a major "doh" with my above comment on difficulty.
I was under the impression that only one trap could be laid at a time. This was due to me tapping TRAP each time I wanted to place one.....and all that would happen is the trap I had laid would disappear. So I assumed you could only have one. However after watching a YouTube video I realised you had to tap TRAP and then NEXT, and then TRAP again, then NEXT and repeat.
This will definately make the game much easier in the inital stages.

Anyone else having issues with randomly unresponsive monster summon buttons and/or unresponsive start button for stages?

Enjoying the game so far though I would definitely enjoy a 2x / 4x speed button as it is quite tedious at times.

After playing a lot more I feel this game is just a grind fest.
Basically what you want (need) to do is replay stage one as much as you can stand it.
You will get about 10 or so skulls each time you successfully complete the 4 levels in stage 1.
Once you work out the pattern of the enemies and you know what traps to use you simply repeat stage 1 using the same traps, over and over.
Keep repeating this until get enough skulls to get the upgrades you want.
Though due to there being no speed button each level can take a few minutes to play through.....go grab a cup of coffee or have a pee....you have no input into the game at all during this time.

The game looked so promising until you work out how the mechanics play.
Ugh..... sad 😣
