ATTENTION : for those who need help adding friends
I found out you have to both be following each other in order to add them as a friend.
Also once you are both following each other on Twitter you must go inside the game and choose
"Update Twitter data"
Everyone that you are mutually following will show up.
I've been trying to figure this out on my own since no one figured it out and shared yet.
