App description: Another Awesome Game From Skyworks Boardwalk Games. R I ended up spending around 3-4 hours playing this game. I was bowled over by those amazing graphics and cool physics that has been built around the game. Rating 5 out of 5

Overall Id have to say that Boardwalk Games is one of my favorite Skyworks games. The attention to detail, especially when it comes to sound, is some of the best Ive seen from (Skyworks). Theres even a secret spot on each game that you can hit to increase your time by ten seconds. Little touches like that tend to impress me.The mini-games are fun, and its a challenge to try and find ways to better your score every time you play. Rating 4 out of 5

Step right up and try your skill at winning prizes at your favorite Boardwalk/Midway attractions! From SKYWORKS, creators of the best quality and most fun sports and arcade games on the iPhone/iPod touch, comes one of our most addictive games ever, BOARDWALK GAMES!

BOARDWALK GAMES combines 3 of your favorite carnival games on a scrollable nighttime boardwalk so you feel like youre right there, in the middle of the fun. Whats more, you can win prizes at each attraction based on your score. They get stored in your Prize Booth, which is like a Trophy Room to show how a well you did at the carnival.

TIKI-TOSS is the favorite ball-toss game where you knock down dolls to earn points and prizes. In our version you get unlimited balls to hit as many Tiki heads as you can before time runs out. You can even earn extra time and point bonuses by hitting the special Tiki heads that animate and taunt you to knock them down. In the games Progressive Mode floating and moving Tiki heads appear to increase the challenge.

SPILL DA MILK is the macho classic where you try to knock down all the milk bottles with one throw. In our game you get unlimited balls to knock down as many milk bottles as you can before time runs out and earn bonuses for knocking down a whole stack. The games Progressive Mode features six-bottle stacks and special bonus bottles.

BALLOON SAFARI is styled after the Midway attraction where players throw darts at balloons in an attempt to win hidden prizes. In this version you win prizes by earning points, which are hidden under the balloons. Special wild balloons also award bonuses. The games Progressive Mode features matching game play where the goal is to pop the balloons in matched colored pairs, as well as memory game play where the player pops a balloon to reveal an icon and then tries to find a match for that icon under other balloons.

BOARDWALK GAMES combines amazing graphics & realistic physics with great game play to recreate the action and ambience of a night on the Boardwalk.

With three fun games in one app, its a great deal!

Key features:

- TIKI-TOSS: Quick Play and Progressive Mode
- BALLOON SAFARI: Quick Play and Progressive Mode
- SPILL DA MILK: Quick Play and Progressive Mode

I just picked this up for $1.99, I'm kind of suprised there hasn't been much posted about this. I love Skee-Ball and have been considering Ramp Champ, but with no online element I don't think I'll be that inclined to keep playing.

I'll post back when I've had ample time to play this

Well I actually prefer Ramp Champ the most out of the two, love to see what you think about this one.

Well, I must say having just had a good chance to play; I still went back to Skee-Ball

Boardwalk Games is fun, and has plenty of content. There are the three games listed in the description. All three games have online leaderboards for daily, weekly, monthly and all-time high scores which will keep me coming back. The physics of the game seem really good too.

My problem has been with controls. They seem sketchy and inconsistant. Maybe I just need some more time with it. I'm in no way displeased with the two bucks I spent, but I would think with all the apps Skyworks Games has on the store they could have gotten the controls a bit tighter.

The more time I've had to play Boardwalk Games, this has quickly become one of my top played, favorite games. I find it offers a good variety of challenging carnival style games. Where it really shines is in offering quick-play and progressive modes for each game. The progressive is played in rounds and each round offers different goals and tasks that keep things fresh. Also, as with all of Skyworks games the online leaderboards, they are comprehensive.

Are there ads in the full version of this game like some of their other games ?

One thing I find is that their icons are not nice looking.........just an opinion of course They should consider using openfeint for their high scores.
