Before work this morning I had an opportunity to play this. Without putting down other games this is compared to, this game is polished, beautiful, controls great, leaderboards and achievements (800 points). Controls are excellent. 5 stars.

Awesome game, i bought it...yesterday.

Lol, ok, a bit more...

The controls are top responsive. Tap and hold the screen (anywhere) to determine your jump power and a jump line of sight, which length depends on the chosen frog. There are four in total, and each has a special ability.
To catch all sorts of helpful bugs with your tongue, swipe anywhere in a 360 direction. (Might result in an unwanted activation of a powerup, but only in the beginning of learning)
Completing missions and reaching a certain distance (in total) lets you rank up and unlock the next frog. Though i unlocked the second frog with more jump power, i stick with the longer line of sight of the default frog. I don't have automized the duration of my thumb input for normal jumps, or in generell.

While you mostly can take your time to jump and eat bugs, occasionally you'll get chased by the princess' zeppelin for a short time. I don't know how this will evolve, but it puts a nice little intense sweat on my forehead.
With some practice you'll be able to play this (probably hidden) gem quite fluently.

The default frog is followed by a hyppo. He will save you when you fall into the water (not only once), but you have to catch some lovebugs first, and keep eating those.

Since some of the (sparse) music doesn't contribute the atmosphere, i put it off. I love those swampy/lake sounds anyways.

There are language settings and a save battery option. Installed MB 226

Difficult to recommend since it could wear off pretty fast, but if you think it's up your alley...i'm glad i took the plunge.

Would have been a nice touch with some rpg/skill points, but all is set.

The game grows on me so is my highscore ha ha, it's now 109 meters.

The key to succes is to catch every fly or whatever it is you can swallow with your tongue, because they give you powerups like trajactory beam and wings and hearts just so you get that little further, it's well put together and I like it.
