Very accessible roguelite with stealth elements. You can chose the difficulty of your missions. How harder the mission how higher the rewards. While playing you unlock new tools and characters and you can spend your rewards to upgrade your skills. Pretty much like all Cartoon Network games it's good and definitely worth playing as an adult.

This looks mighty interesting and I'm surprised hasn't gotten much attention on the forums. Anyway, from watching the gameplay video (thanks touchy85!) how is the economy of the game? Does it feel balanced like a premium title or is it grind heavy with potential IAP to be introduced in the future?

I'd say it feels very balanced, not grind heavy whatsoever. It's very fun heavy in the CN way. Haven't played much (definitely plan to though) but what I have has been very generous with dishing out the currencies. Anything's possible of course, but I don't think they'll add iap to this. One of the main reasons I got it was simply because it didn't have any and I like to support games that keep it out. I don't want freemium to be the future.

On supporting premium games - I agree with you and hopefully there is still room for premium games in the future. Contrary to pessimists, I do think so, but it probably will be a niche of sorts.

Anyway, I have a flight tomorrow so will pick this up. Thanks for the early impressions.

Still quite surprised this hasn't gained more attention here.

First Boss?

I've been enjoying this game, but I'm a bit confused as to how I find Principal Brown (first boss).

There is an option to "buy intel" on him from Larry at the HQ, but that seems like a buy-a-cheat-code. The price is cheap (the game is generous with coins) but I'd prefer to play without cheats. However, I've gone like twenty levels deep and not discovered anything other than increasingly difficult enemies and slightly higher bonuses. Is the buy intel option the only way to unlock the next level?

I still think I should get 'posts credit' for all the witty comments I leave on TA articles.

Well as far as I can tell you do have to 'buy intel' to open the level with the first boss. Sadly, you don't fight him, but just locate him. This opens the second level. Unfortunately for me, since I kept attempting deeper and deeper levels looking for the first boss, I am pretty overpowered for level 2.

I still think I should get 'posts credit' for all the witty comments I leave on TA articles.

This is a legit rogue lite, I don't know why I expected less from cn but they never disappoint.
