App description: 9 \ 10 If you enjoy dark sci-fi themes and like a challenging RPG with some roguelike elements, then look no further than Dead Shell. Christine Chan, appadvice.com

There is potential here, and I dont regret buying this game. Andrew Koziara, toucharcade.com

Blaster-wielding mercenaries vs beasts from the labyrinth: who will win? You're commanding a die-hard assault squad. Destination: Plutonia, a settlement on a Doom-4 class planet. Shuttle cargo: a range of lethal weapons, from axes and chainsaws to blasters and BFGs. Anything might come in handy in Plutonia, the Federation's most remote colony.

Scientists, miners, guards all sorts of civilian personnel worked there until recently. A week ago, the Center received a mayday signal from the settlement. Demonic roars and screams of terror filled the comm channel, and then it fell dead silent.

It's time to descend into the infernal abyss and show the demons who's the boss here. Fight your way through all the circles of hell to reach the very bottom. Look cosmic evil in the face and emerge victorious.

Game Features

- A new dungeon every time
- Hellish bestiary
- Full range of weapons
- Elite mercenaries
- Level up your squad

Wow this looks great! I will be back later today after I get a chance to play it ok I gave this a quick play and it's pretty neat. The combat is clicker style not action. ( tap to attack) It's a pretty simple game, but that's not a bad thing. There is a daily reward system and character unlocks and upgrades. Did not play long enough to get to a boss so I don't know what those are like actually I'm not even sure if there are bosses. I haven't died so I don't know if you lose your character and all upgrades when you do. I suppose that would be what makes this roguelike. this seems like a f2p but it's premium. Which really makes me happy I love this type of game and hate that they are usually f2p and full of IAP. This may not be everyone's cup of tea but I like it, and really appreciate the developers making it premium.

Very okay roguelike. Although for a game with roguelike in the name I kind of miss the roguelike element. 40 minutes in and not close to dying once. Game doesn't really reinvent the genre but it's good at what it wants to be.

Upon dying you don't lose anything and get to start right back from the level you died on. I wish you could re-play levels so far it seems you can't.

No need too, I died second level and there was literally no way to get around it. Rng hell. Then later on I get a level with 3 monsters in it.

Trying to figure out why this isn't freemium. It's pretty simple so far. Not sure how much time I would invest into it.

Ya the rng is a bit off. Level 16, 4 rooms and 1 monster.... I don't see a reason to continue. There isn't really any strategy or incentive to play this. Even on monster packed levels.
