App description: A stained glass-styled adventure inspired by Sleeping Beauty.

«Little Briar Rose is one of the best looking mobile games in a while, out now on iOS and Android.»
Pocket Gamer

«This unique and audacious art direction, coupled with an expansive and immersive fairy-tale world to explore, culminates in a truly jaw-droppingly beautiful adventure game that stands out from similar point and click titles on the iPhone.»
Touch Arcade

«Is there such a thing as love at first sight when it comes to mobile games? Possibly, at least when they offer visuals as stunning as the ones on display in Little Briar Rose.»
Gamezebo

«Visually, Little Briar Rose is one of the most gorgeous games youll end up seeing on the App Store this year.»
AppAdvice

«Exquisite hand drawn graphics, beautiful music and a magical Disney touch make this a delightful game to spend time with.»
TheAppTimes

«When you think of point and click adventure games you probably think everything has been done. We have rescued the kingdom and royal family in Kings Quest. We have slung insults at each other in Escape from Monkey Island. Now we can add a retelling of the Sleeping Beauty tale using stained glass style graphics. Yep. Stained glass. You have to see it to believe it.»
N4G

An ancient legend, a cursed castle surrounded by brambles, a forest inhabited by funny enchanted creatures and a sweet princess sleeping in it. And, obviously, a fearless prince! This is what Little Briar Rose is made out of. In this particular stained glass-styled graphic adventure the player will help a whole dynasty of princes complete their quest. Be careful though, many will try, but only one shall prevail!

Enjoy the hand-drawn graphics, inspired by the stained glass-style art.

Been playing this (not finished yet) and it has some surprising tricks up its sleeves. Took me a bit to get used to it. Unlike most P&Cs where you can just try every item on everything until you find the right one, this has some failsafes against that.
And my favorite thing about it is what happens if you mess up one of those puzzles. You get transformed and replaced by a new prince.

Instabought! Going on a road trip this weekend and can't wait to take it for a spin! I wonder if it'd play nicer on the iPad Pro or iPhone... it's so pretty I'm tempted to put it on the iPad, but I game mostly on my phone.

It is definitely nicer on an iPad, but plays fine on either.

so except the excellent artwork, how is it? too difficult, too easy, or just right and fun, and how long to finish it?

How big is this guys? I could swear I saw it as 800 MBs on the App Store yesterday, but it looks to be 250 MB installed now?

I haven't finished yet. Trying not to use hints now that I know how the game works. The fact that I can't just try every item in my bag to see if it works has been slowing me down. I think I'm on my 4th or 5th prince now bc I was a bit too hasty at times. :P I like it, though.

I'm not a huge amount of the way through it and I'm really enjoying it. It's got a really nice feel to it - looks good and plays well - so far (again caveat that I'm only just starting) it feels more like a collection of mini puzzles strung together with a story rather than a traditional point and clicker.
