Hard to compete with all the brick breaker games in the store. I got this one and it ain't bad. If you are looking for another brick breaker, than this one is a decent choice. Overall it definitely has a classic feel to it.

When I first started playing it felt a little old school and I was beginning to wonder if it was "just another Brick Breaker". It does have a retro presentation to it but I quickly found that the gameplay and controls are smooth and the powerups included are good. They aren't too flashy or anything but there is a variety of them and they make this game much more interesting.

Presentation of the game is well done. Decent music, sounds are okay, but one thing I found a little disappointing is the sound volume cannot be adjusted, only turned off or on. Not that big of a deal though. Gameplay is polished. There are 3 control methods - 1. tilt control to move paddle...2. swipe and hold to move paddle...or 3. slight swipe where the paddle is much more sensitive to the direction you want it to go in. All the control options work fine. BrickBreaker has 105 rounds/levels total, high scores list, some cool brick designs with polished but retro graphics. Menus in the game are detailed and explain everything especially regarding the powerups and what they do.

For the price($.99) the game is a good deal if you like brick breaker games. Its not a flashy game like some of the other brick breakers in the store, but it is a classic one with great polish and nice control options.
