Leap Day- poorly optimised for IPad mini but such a great game. LIMBO- I will play you one day! Land Sliders- to be fair it is good Mikey Hooks- such a classic Paddle Panda- no one else thought so but it was great to me..! (Will add some more)
Wayward Souls, Punch Quest, Alto's Adventure, Binding of Isaac, Death Road to Canada (haven't come yet, but anyway), Crossy Road, The Quest HD, Tennins Champ Returns, Ace Attorney (All games), Device 6.
Hmmm... 868-HACK - never dull, and a tiny file size to boot Imbroglio - see above Downwell - because some day I will have to beat it. Which would involve putting some serious time into it Monster Hunter Freedom Unite - I will master it, I will... Alto's Adventure - it's so gentle and chilled, it would feel mean to delete it, even though I have nothing left to do on it Land Sliders - yeah, must admit, it is pretty good Paint It Back - OK, I will delete it, but not till I've finished it. And that will be a good while yet, especially if they release more content Tennis Champs Returns - unless this is superseded by another tennis game, can't see this ever going, even though I barely play it any longer. Wayward Souls - see MHFU and Downwell...
Payback 2 Pro (has been on my device since the very beginning) Asphalt 8 (I play events daily) Aworded (my wife and I play it a lot) Stellar Horizon (best space exploration game available imo) Rogue Star (another space trader, but with a bunch of planets instead of 4 billion as Stellar Horizon) Alto's Adventure (relaxing and endless) Crashlands (I'll finish this one... Sometime) Then I have all the other Butterscotch games, MHFU, Don't Starve PE and some others that come and go, but the undeletable ones are the ones at the top.
My fiancée and soon to be step daughter are addicted to Minecraft, so I can never delete that. Other than that, I treat the App Store as a portable hard drive and am always swapping games around.
Other than the recent I.F.O [Identified Flying Object] Nostalgia & Retro Goodness Soak - it reminds me of my Mommie Grow Shooter -1 of the 1zt stationary endless Shmups I downloaded Puzzle Royal - My PennyPanda iz a great monster summoner. She has a monster squad that does the Monster Mash - Boris & The Crypt Kicker Five Battle3D 2: Iron Punch - replay value, thumpin soundtrack, Fox & his Crew would play this The World 3: Rise of Demon - A Titan of an Action RPG Check out the sword animation Hero Go Go Go - i wuz surprized by the RPG depth. You can add Kratos to your line! Dark Reaper Shoots! - Here Gow Gow! Good Boy Gow Gow! League of Stickman: Zombies - A Jump Attack Button, A. Jump. Attack. Button., Yall! They got A Jump Attack Button!!! # Boxman vs Aliens # Combos & the errie tunes
Yeah, Table Tennis Touch is great - it was a staple across two phones, until Tennis Champs Returns came along. Really good game. In turn, it knocked out Stickman Tennis, which is also a very decent tennis game.
Warning: long post ahead. Games I've played a lot but am winding down or completing - Dominations: played for over a year straight, haven't touched in a few months but just can't bring myself to delete the app yet. - Avernum HD: probably about 2/3rds of the way through this one, but haven't touched it in about a year. Plan to finish someday. - Sky Force Reloaded: my finger hovers over the icon, but have not deleted yet; every once in a while I play a few rounds - Egg, Inc.: I need to just delete this damn app, but they keep adding new eggs, and now the hunt for trophies keeps me logging in. Dammit. - Township: casual game that I log into every morning. I plan to delete at level 50, which is in five levels. - PewDiePie Tuber Simulator: embarrassed to even include this. Luckily it only wastes a couple minutes per day so like clockwork I'm on it each morning. - Reigns: progressed through the centuries but it's starting to become a bit samey. - Solitairica: finished the game with two decks, probably won't with the others. Games I haven't played much because I will want to sink a lot of time into them, time that I just don't have - TitanQuest - FMC 2015 - Don't Starve - Crashlands - Terraria - Sorcery! 1-3 - Lost Portal - Ember - Dungeon of the Endless - Planar Conquest - Adventure to Fate: Quest to the Future - Exiled Kingdoms - Legends of Callasia Games I acquired because they're very good but haven't played and may never play - Panzer Corps - Warhammer 40,000 Deathwatch Tyranid Invasion - Transistor - Tallowmere - BrightRidge - 7 Mages - Steam - Door Kickers - Junk Jack Retro Boardgame conversions that I've played but now am pretty much tired of playing solo - Galaxy Trucker - Waterdeep - Talisman - Agricola - LeHavre - Ticket To Ride - Carcassonne Games I played but haven't been able to get into - Out There - Galactic Keep - Baseball 2045 - Steampower 1830 - CataclysmDDA - Transport Tycoon
I agree. I did want to organize my collection of "not deleting these games" in some way, and those felt like good categories. I left out the categories of: games that I recently acquired and have every intention of playing soon (e.g. Siralim 2, Quest HD, Steamworld Heist, Card Crawl, Space Marshals), games on my wish list that I really want but have been able to refrain from getting (there are about 20 on the list), and games I have already deleted (more than 50).
Canabalt - there's something very pure about it. Magic the Gathering - could be 2013, 2014 or Duels, but I'll always have a version (still got all three right now) Carcassonne Catan Agricola The Akinator - just fun to dip in here and there Spectaculator - it has Chaos and Manic Miner Threes 2048 Possibly Hoplite Plants vs Zombies 1
Right now, the things staying on my phone are: Apps: Auxy - Music app. Spotify My Bank's app. Toucharcade AppShopper Facebook Netflix Reddit Playstation client Geonet - Earthquake reports. Scrivener - writing app WebEx - Teleconferencing Sphero Ollie apps. Games: Wordament. Card Thief (Beta testing) Table Tennis Touch Zombie King Crashlands Human Resource Machine Pokemon Go. Stampede. Reigns
Mech Shooter - it'z been over two years now. I still have fun with it adding levels 4rm time to time plus it has Everyplay
Games i would never delete EVER, and would import in a heartbeat unless im unable to install in future gen devices: Monster Hunter Freedom Unite - My favorite game of all time, right beside Vagrant Story. Final Fantasy 7 - Comes after MHFU and VS on my favorite games ever. Chrono Trigger - This belongs to my Top 10 games of all time, and im glad i carry these games along with me everywhere. Hearthstone - I always comeback to this one. Always. Infinity Blade 3 - Conclusion to the trilogy of the game that got me into iOS gaming, and still the best at what it does. Boson X - IMO still the best premium chase-cam runner. Polara - The best side-scrolling runner. The stage elements, the design, the controls accuracy, the theme. Perfection. The downside? This was already pulled off the appstore, but i still have it on my devices. On each one. EPOCH.2 - My favorite iOS original. A title that eventually got stolen by... Heroes & Castles 2 - The perfect mix of game elements designed for mobile gaming. It's a strategy game, an action-RPG, a defense game, and a collection game. It's got multiple races with multiple open-build classes, equips that change character appearance, multiple game modes, multiple graphics and game options, multiple save slots, icloud saving, forever-replayability, and the sounds and visuals are top-notch too. VVVVVV - Im either a masochist for finishing this game over 4 times now despite the brutal difficulty, or i really just love this game that i still go back to it (and complete it) even if i have tons more platformers to complete. I prefer the latter, but either way, this game belongs to this list. Shadowgun - Despite beinga simple 3D shooter, i still consider this the best in the genre for iOS considering it's a premium game. Whenever i have an itch for 3rd person shoulder-cam shooter, this has been my go-to for years now.
Marvel Pinball (switched down from full Zen when I moved to Android) Battle of Polytopia Leap Day Solitaire (some version. Decked Out at present, but Solebon is my all time fav)
