Malevolent Machines - Giant Robots and Steampunk Magic!


Steampunk shoot 'em up meets endless runner.

Dr Leyla Green's laboratory has been compromised. Hordes of her malformed creations have been unleashed onto the streets by a mystery menace. Worried that her funding will be cut off if the world is destroyed, Dr. Green sets out to stop them. She'll bring her only remaining creation, the Juggerbot, a giant robotic war machine, on this epic journey. Can she take back the city? Armed with her mystical metacarpal claw and the Juggerbot's nuclear lasers, typhoon missiles and blaster cannon, they will give it their best try.

Enjoy dual gameplay where the player dynamically swaps between platforming and fighting with Leyla and shooting with the Juggerbot in real time. Fight massive bosses, travel across a vast steampunk landscape, and enjoy a game with no ads and no in app purchases!

Ok here's what we'll have going in for the first update. I'll be able to give a date for it's release once we're a little farther in the process [we're about half way done now].

- Game balancing [Adding special to survival mode, kill amount changes, boss changes]
- Bug Fix: Leyla slowly floats down if damaged while jumping about 10% of the time
- Survival mode is getting expanded with more enemy combinations, minibosses and the story mode bosses
- Killstreak Goals that will unlock equipment changes and a new costume for both Leyla and the Juggerbot

Apologies for the double post but I did miss something in the list:


- Add control sensitivity controls


We noticed a lot of the time people are having trouble with them mostly because they're calibrated to a small range of finger/hand sizes so we're going to add 3 settings to the new update so you can make them twitchier or looser depending. Date forthcoming!

The loadout screen is coming along, I just wanted to pop in and show you guys the progress and answer any questions related. Everything will be unlocked by getting kill streaks in the game.

We noticed a small bug with switching fire modes on the Juggerbot and another where Leyla can fall off the screen so we shipped a new update which is now live.

Make sure to update all the way and let us know if you have any feedback!

Small update for the android version. We realized we left the button for Game Center in which is an Apple only thing. This quick update removes that but otherwise doesn't change anything.
