App description: An abstract take on a classic car race.

Find your path through ever changing obstacle course and try to stay on the road with simple, one finger control - touch and hold to go right and release to go left.

Race against your friends or a random opponent in realtime multiplayer mode or try to set new highscores for yourself in solo mode.

NaurisAndzans's comments:
Hello fellow developers and game enthusiasts! For the past few free weekends I have been putting together an abstract racing game and since yesterday it is available for download. My main goal was to implement simple one touch control over movement. So to move car to the right side you have to press and hold anywhere on the screen and to move to the left side simply release your finger from the screen. As the game is really fast paced it might take a few tries to get used to the controls, but once you do you will be able to smoothly curve through the obstacles.

Few gifs from solo and online races.

Love the art style. I'll give it a spin.

Nice. I'd like to try the online; hopefully a few more folk pick it up.

One thing; after turning the music off (not saying it's bad, I seldom enjoy music in my games) it's silent until you crash. I realise that engine noise wouldn't be appropriate but it needs some sort of ambient sound; perhaps a "woosh" as you pass a pillar.

Anyhow; recommended. Buy. Race me!

Yeah, I was experimenting with additional sounds for input (touch/release), ambient noise, checkpoint cleared and as the car passes some obstacles but I did not quite feel them. As you can probably see the surroundings react on the in-game music. I was looking for a way to use devices audio stream and make the environment react on that but that would have been an overkill :/ But thanks for the review, I'll most certainly consider adding some additional audio fx in the future updates.

Aha. Now, I didn't realise that.

TBH I usually turn music off as job #1 before I start playing a game.
I shall now go back, turn it on and play again as it is intended to be played.
Please excuse my haste.
