Will Hero by Gameplar: breathtaking rogue-like action platformer with one-tap control

To take part in the beta test, send a personal message with your email for TestFlight or post a comment, and I will send a link to android apk via personal message. We will be happy to receive feedback!

When Princess gets in trouble, a REAL hero WILL turns into unstoppable maul and makes his way with bombs, kicks and axe.

- Master a sword, push your way through with hefty kicks, bombs, throwing knives and axes.
- Crush a variety of monsters.
- Complete quests and build your Tower to unlock combat spells.
- Kill bosses and save your Princess.
- Dive into exciting adventures anywhere and anytime.

Will Hero is the deepest and the most diverse rogue-like action game with one-tap control that you can find!
Design and controls of the Will Hero are developed in a way that player can enjoy the game anywhere and anytime.
One minute and one free hand is enough for diving into exciting adventures and receiving great experience.
Although one-tap controls applied very strict restrictions to the gameplay we managed to create a depth which keeps it fresh, diverse and interesting for a long time.
There are many different strategies to play Will Hero: player can crush enemies in a close combat or shoot them from a distance, push them into the abyss or to dangerous traps, he even can kill them with different kinds of explosives or various magical skills! Aside from those brutal strategies player can teleport to other game worlds filled with obstacles and traps which require completely different approach to succeed.

In addition, Will Hero is a rogue-like game. The game level is generated on the move and the player encounters random enemies, spells, weapons, upgrades for weapon, thats improves their properties and made hero stronger. As a result, every game attempt follows a unique scenario, and the game remains interesting and varied for many days.

The release of Will Hero on iOS and Android is scheduled for the second half of September and will be free to play.

Looks good. Glad it's in landscape mode even though it has one-tap mechanic. I'd like to try this in TestFlight if you'll have a beta.

5000 people playing it already, nice. I like the art style but there are things that don't match with the theme. Not a fan of orc design. I don't like the idea of monsters saying things after you die, it feels cheap. You can buy stars with crowns, crowns with gold or other way I don't know. Using the same color for all these is just confusing. No need to say what's in the chest to the players because those boxes take a lot of space. If player have enough money then you should say (right after they die) they can get a new helmet. Those menus need a little bit work as well.

I'm having a blast and I disagree about the monsters saying things I found it funny especially when my character died.

I appreciate all the little details put in like the little stars above your head when you get stomped or that some helmets have an effect on the game like the rabbit causes little rabbit to appear or the nest house causes little birds to appear. There's also portals that that can open to other areas.

The weapons are also cool like the throwing axe and being able to unlock magic ones gives you something else to replay the game to get

The only "bug" I found was when i was stuck in a constant loop because the game wanted me to play to get a new helmet and I didn't have enough coins so I had to watch a video and couldn't play the regular game till I earned enough to get the helmet. I think it was part of the tutorial But it forced me to restart many times and watch a video till I earned enough

Thank you very much!
Your feedback is so inspiring.
Especially given this terrible bug, which you had to face. Already looking for its causes.
Thank you!

I found a bug:
If I go into Helms, then Roulette, and then hit Close without buying anything, the perspective is off when I return to the main screen. (It doesn't zoom back out properly)
Then when I start to play the camera is too high, and I can't see some platforms at the bottom edge of the screen.
Repeatable every time.
Using iPad mini 4, latest iOS.

This game just oozes charm. I love the monsters saying things when I die, it's hilarious. I also love the details. I enjoy the different heroes, like the Rabbit that spawns little bunnies when it kills an orc.
I like the special zones too, but I feel it should b included in the tutorial that you need to stand in front of them a few seconds to enter.

The tower mechanic is pretty cool, I like that it starts you off higher and higher and you can reach different areas. Adds some verticality to an otherwise horizontal genre.

Do the different heroes have stat differences? Or just visual change? Also, I rescued a princess and now she sits on my tower with me. Does that provide any boost or anything? Just curious.

Great game and great work!
