App description: "Once upon a time, far from every village, in the farthest of valleys, on the highest of mountains and in the largest of castles, lived a giant ogre.
All alone in his castle the poor Ogre wasnt happy, he went through his days remembering of passed adventures and epic fights with dragons and monsters even bigger than him. But the world had changed, it was years since he last met another ogre and ancient monsters where no where to be seen.
One day, a human adventurer stumbled upon his castle and terrified by the giant ogre, ran back to his village to report about the hideout location and his terrifying inhabitant.
The tale of the giant ogre spread rapidly among humans, and from every land, from every village and from every castle, the most valiant knights would depart towards the giant ogre mountain to prove their valor, defeat the ogre and return for eternal glory and a princess of their choosing.
But the knights had no chances and ogre was bored...
"

In Bored Ogre you'll help a giant ogre fight boredom using the knights he has captured as golf balls, darts and basketballs in a crazy mix of puzzles and action.
Game comes with various game modes, with some supporting up to 4 players on same device.

Play darts with your friends, Toss knights into shark infested bowls or compete for the highest score in the many makeshift "golf" courses.

Frequently freezes

While playing this (all three modes) for the past 20 minutes on my iPad Pro, the game has frozen three times. Aside from this significant problem, my overall impression is that this is a great concept that has been poorly executed.

Great thanks for the feedback. I must admit we haven't done any testing on iPad pro will immediately investigate what could be the issue, but we don't have one available so not sure we can isolate the problem.
A fast possible (temporary) fix for the crashes might be activating "Performance mode" from the settings panel, but I currently have no clue about what the problem could be. Did the crashes occur in some specific situation or just (apparently) randomly ?
Thanks again for taking the time to provide the feedback, I greatly appreciated it.

Instances of freezing

In the beginner course for golf, the "hole" that is a bowl of soup -- can't recall whether it is the third or fourth hole -- has been the most frequent spot where the game freezes. It occurs when I hit the knight into the soup. There have been a couple other spots with similar freezes, but I can't remember their locations. I have continued playing after posting my original comment, and the fun factor is higher than I felt at first. Your game has a lot of potential.

Another observation

The "soup bowl" hole on the beginner golf course where the game had been freezing is actually #5. However, after reading your post suggesting that I change the performance mode (I had been playing without a checkmark in that box in the settings), I am now playing with a checkmark in that box and the soup bowl hole hasn't frozen again. It's not clear to me what effect the performance setting has on game play; it appears to me to be higher performance when that box is checked. Is that correct? If so, the description below that setting is confusing.

In my entire life I have slayed more than ten thousands of ogres. Never have I seen such a clever ogre with a penchant for puzzles!
Impressive!!!!

Thanks for the further details. Have just submitted an update to Apple with better device detection and handling, probably AntiAliasing applied to the incredible resolution of the iPad Pro was causing the crash.
Performance setting, if toggled, decreases graphics and illumination quality reducing stress on device and allowing for smoother gameplay and reduced battery drain. English isn't our first language, so any suggestion to improve the description would be greatly appreciated, below a screenshot of current settings screen with the text we are speaking of (which also gives an idea of general GUI style in Bored Ogre) :
