Now that's a good question!
The answer is YES. As I said in my public reply and the PMs to you, I'm not judging what was said. That word (ending in "ga" or "ger") can set people off regardless of it's use. Just because you don't find it offensive doesn't mean everyone shares that thought process.
I have my own views on that subject but that's not how I get to make decisions on here.
The bottom of the line from a mod perspective:
You said something that other members found offensive and reported. So if someone reported you calling someone a "curtain rod" I'd probably giggle and give you a warning. But if you called someone "jerk", "stupid", or something that sounds more like an attack then YES it would lead to an infraction because it breaks the rules.
EDIT TO ADD A RESPONSE
Vegan, my bad for being half and half with u, by pm'ing u an posting at thesame time, I felt, well still feel wronged. But what can I do? I have no peer here correct? So like I'm supposed to do I'll just grit my teeth and bare it as it's a waste of time to do anything otherwise.
I'm going to say it every time even if you refuse to believe me. I don't think you were wrong and I fully understand your point of the different definitions. But at the end of the day if any user finds a post inappropriate they should report it and I or another mod will swoop in with infractions and post deletes.
