Hey guys,
Thinking of doing a post on the front page offering some tips for newbs along with explaining how the game works as judging from the stories we've posted so far, most people are really misinterpreting the game as a whole. Needless to say, this is fairly unfortunate because Eliminate is seriously awesome. So let's hear 'em, what things have you discovered while fragging that has made your performance better, the game more fun, or other things that weren't initially apparent until you sunk some time in to the game? |

Don't buy the plasma cannon.
Go for head shots. Upgrade your auto rifle. Everything except zoom. Don't buy "items" (Skins) It wastes credits. Auto-Fire on |

If your getting destroyed by someone higher level than you learn where the berserker shield is and make them follow you to it. Then just chase them and unload all your bullets

Upgrade just one or two weapons. Wasting your money on 3 decent guns will get you owned by one ultimately upgraded weapon. This applies to armors as well.

Learn to use the map's ledges and corners to your advantage, the jet-pack can come in handy.
Never run backwards. Focus on DEF rating and gun upgrades. Use the lifts as blocks when you're in trouble. Join the 53rd Battalion (I had to say it :P) |

Oh and if it wasn't obvious, don't get the grappling hook either.
Also, teach them how to taunt players, lots of people seem to not know it gives extra credits. |

Once you pick up a health power up, don't pick up any others as they'll cancel out your health one. You can just let your life fill up to 175.
