Create your own adventures in a dangerous land of monsters, treasures and traps. From renowned authors Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone (co-founders of Games Workshop) and Nomad Games, Fighting Fantasy Legends is a role-playing card game set in the world of Fighting Fantasy.

Travel across the land of Allansia with just a sword and some gold to your name and rise up to Legendary status. Play through the stories of three iconic gamebooks - City of Thieves, The Warlock of Firetop Mountain and Citadel of Chaos.

Each location has a shuffled deck of cards which includes fiendish creatures, powerful objects and dramatic events. You must build up your collection of powerful treasures and level-up your dice to have any chance of surviving the dangerous streets of Port Blacksand, the murky depths of Firetop Mountain or the looming shadows of The Citadel.

The world needs a Hero... you will give them a Legend.

This is getting quite frustrating. So have Nomad games sold off this games ?

I bought this a while back when Nomad games released it. So do I have to buy this again as another company has the rights and have re released it ? Frustrating

all this is really unbelievable, Talisman (Nomad version) until yesterday at 5 bucks (today at $3.99, thanks guys for the great sale, ironically!!!) while the same identical game with the same DLCs is free on Asmodee

and now this!!! WTF do i have to buy the exact same game again??????????? is it remastered or what????

Yeah its putting me off buying apps at release. Granted companies sometimes sell apps to someone else (Titan Quest) but its frustrating as apps either disappear or are re released at the same price. Seems quite scammy

Only bought this game a few months back

For some reason, recently the suppliers of some games have changed. Why don't they explain it in advance? And what about it? After all, the damage was done to gamers...

i don't understand this policies, i.e. in case of Talisman, if you want to leave it at a premium price (while there's another identical version in the store), at least you could give a couple of free DLCs, if not, who gonna buy it knowing that will not have any more updates

While I don't know the specific situation behind this, these days there's almost no money to be made on the premium side of the App Store. I'll reach out to developers who released heavily featured premium games as early as last year who have just given up on the platform as they're not even making enough money to pay for the $99 developer license to keep their stuff up on the App Store.

Being mad at developers might be misguided, as if anyone is at fault for this toxic ecosystem it's Apple.
