Controls work very well, the missions 'off line' but i think you need an online connection when you start the game. Pretty good though, shall be playing more later. From what i read theres a lot of single player missions in it TouchiMedia Well-Known Member Nov 29, 2013 132 1 18 #5 TouchiMedia, Mar 21, 2018 Mifi support? Is there mifi controller support? Did the first two missions on Low graphics (around 10 mins) and lost about 20% battery with intense heating. i kind of wish the missions will get longer to have time to enjoy them, and the battery drain will improve. Playing it now via Nimbus. Graphics pretty damn imprsssive on iPhone X. Edit-update, definitely has the obvious Destiny vibes. Besides the slowdowns - I like the graphics. The rag dolls make every bullet feel the impact and animations look more legit. Finally, hopefully they’ll smooth out the framerate. Great customize stuff too, the beginning character customization has a fair amount of options. It’s a loot grind game but at least the underlying gameplay is pretty solid and graphics are fun. I expected better. The missions, the first few at least, are tiny. Oh well at least a new iOS game resembling a proper console video game, something extremely rare these days and it is free. Oh the battery drain is ridiculous, the worst I have ever encountered on an iOS game. You start with 16 gear slots that fill up pretty quick (though you can sell stuff). Buying any IAP gives you 80+ slots. Minimum IAP is £4.99 which given what I've played so far, I was happy to spend to support the game. *Had a few MP matches and they were smooth *Great presentation and some nice humour throughout *Some negatives... sound can be a bit low/flat and battery drain is a killer But overall its an excellent game for the iPad, super happy with it!! nicoga3000 Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2010 420 0 0 Structural Engineer Indianapolis, IN #13 nicoga3000, Mar 21, 2018 Enjoyed what I've played so far. TontikBunny Active Member Nov 14, 2016 42 0 0 #15 TontikBunny, Mar 22, 2018 It was soooo worth to wait this game. No pay to win at all, no energy system. Prolly game starts at max level, and you grind items via co op dungeons. Pvp looks okay as well, 1v1 and 4v4. Paints and stickers for your guns, armors looks cool! But we really need a communication system, when you in the dungeon things are confusing. When you figure out what to do but your team mates doesnt know oh well have fun wasting your time. Other than that game is pretty good KeKhan Well-Known Member May 28, 2012 1,380 43 48 #16 KeKhan, Mar 22, 2018 I also yearn for this. Samurai 2: Vengeance was the first game I bought on my first iPad. It has been reverently reinstalled on every device I've upgraded to. I keep going back to it when I get fed up with free to play, timers, work, etc. It still holds up as one of the best games, best pieces of interactive art, on mobile. The simplicity, the depth, the beauty, the difficulty, the dismemberments, and ultimately that amazing moment when you beat the insane boss because you have mastered the combos and the timing. I love Samurai 2 and it stands as a testament to the possibilities of mobile gaming.
