*** Hippo High Dive - One Night of Indie Magic [Submitted] ***

At the 360iDev Conference in October, someone had a brilliant idea: why don't we all get together on the last night of the conference and each write a brand new game?

Even though Keith and I were giving the keynote at 9am the next morning, we couldn't resist. And so after a long night of magic (sleep deprivation), Hippo High Dive was born.

You first heard about it on the very special, and very first, TouchArcade Podcast. Weeks later, Hippo High Dive is almost ready to swan-dive into the App Store.

Hippo is a death-defying high-diving trapeze artist extraordinaire. Help him leap off taller and taller dives, navigate through flaming rings, and land in the ridiculously tiny pool below.

Wow... Seriously. Doodle graphics may seem a bit old, but you guys managed to put a great color to all the artwork. It's like doodle in a whole new light

In fact, I don't think I should call it a doodle lol.

PS: Should we expect an awesome original musical score for this too?

Thanks Prab! So nice of you to say that.

Even though it was just me and Keith physically at the game jam, our awesome artist Kiril actually stayed up all night with us from the east coast and turned doodles into art. He definitely took it beyond doodles and gave the game its own gorgeous style.

And yes, original soundtrack included. Tuba is featured heavily...
