My interest is piqued, I'll certainly take a closer look.

Wow, gameplay sounds cool and the art looks excellent. Looks like a feature packed, polished title I may pick this up in a little while.

Looks like a mixture of Tetris and Perfect Balance, both excellent games. So I'll be getting this game as well

Key question for any early adopters!

When you replay a given level are the pieces always presented in the same order? I get that each level might have a set number and type of pieces but I would at least hope they shake up the order so as to make replayiing a bit more interesting. If this one element is randomized I'm in and otherwise I'll take a pass.

Most of these games I play have touch and drag controls - this shows some arrows in a kind of control pad - is that true first; and does it work well, second.

It most definitely has little controls along the bottom, no clue yet how well they work or if you are allowed to also use touch controls as an alternative (sure, I probably should have stepped out of the way and let somebody with the game who knows answer...but I'm just that way ).
