If that is an actual screen shot, I like the way it looks. The problem with any card game is that there are a thousand of them out there and very few of them have lite versions.

Most of these games come down to a matter of personal preference in the way the game looks/plays and that is hard to find out without spending the money first. (that is why I pass on most of these games even though I do enjoy card games/video poker ect.)

Thanks yes, that is an actual screenshot.
I am a big videopoker fan and basically wanted to create one I myself would enjoy. It's mostly the auto-hold feature we are happy with.

The auto-hold feature in this game doesn't only hold when you have a payable hand like many of the poker games I've played, it also tries to predict nonpaying hands, like if you're one card off a flush, essentially you could just sit there pressing the deal button, only changing the currently held hands when you disagree with the prediction, which isn't often.

This by itself sets the game apart from many of the current poker games available now

There is another video poker that just came out also.........no global scores

Glad you are working on it because since it's not for real money, global high scores are needed to have incentive to keep playing !!

I will buy any poker game with this feature. I love poker but without competition .........it's meh.......

Will you make the high score be official only when you "cash out" ?

The game we're currently working on will integrate global leaderboards; we will then go back and implement it in Videopoker as an update. In the meantime it does track all your stats (viewable from the info screen, bottom right button from the main screen).
Our main selling point is the auto-hold feature. As Beatwho pointed out, it doesn't simply hold cards in a potentially winning hand, it can hold cards to increase your chances of a winning hand the next time you deal; it predicts the best possible hand to hold for you (though you can change what it suggests or switch off the feature alltogether).

I kinda like choosing what I hold myself and would turn off the suggestions but I am sure that some would like it. Anyway, as soon as there are global scores I will buy !

The auto-hold feature can be switched on or off in the options menu. Even if you have it switched on, you are not bound by the suggestion - you can still hold or unhold your own choice, but you should try playing it with auto-hold on. You'd be surprised how often it holds the cards you were planning to hold anyway. It makes playing the game nice and fast and easy. But sure, it's not for everyone and can be switched off easily.

As for the leaderboards: there is no real "end" to this game. You can unlock more card deck designs and higher gambling stakes, but it is in essence an endless game. We track your statistics though, how often you win, how many games you've played, your biggest win, the highest amount of money in your wallet, how often you've gotten each of every type of hand, etc.
If you start playing now you can keep track of your stats already. Once we implement the leaderboards you can use the statistics you've accrued up to that point - they won't be reset so you wouldn't be wasting your time if you play it now.
