I went ahead and got this since I love these types of games. It's not as good as Nick Chase and I worry about the length as it seems may be short, but the graphics are pretty and so far the storyline is decent, not too bad for a buck!

^^^ The free version just released seems to be the full game with ads (but the ads are very obtrusive and get in the way of gameplay).

Played this on my iPod. Since I didn't have an Internet connection whenever I played the game, I never saw the ads. Finished it pretty quickly and have to say there are much better hidden object games out there. The graphics were well drawn, but at times hard to see objects. More importantly, with only 12 scenes, the game was over pretty quickly, with a final epilogue to complete the story. Try it for free, but I would spend my money on other games.

I did have to laugh at this part of the storyline (slight spoiler below)...

The bad guys planning to release an incurable disease (I believe it was a disease, regardless, it was incurable) into the water...for which they had the only cure they were going to sell to the highest bidder...yet our hero was able to find supplies to make a preventive solution to put into the water first to prevent the disease from working...

True out the free version. Liked it enough to buy the full for a dollar, but the ads were really, really, really in the way.

Why don't you disable your Internet connection before playing?
I think you'll not have any problems then!
