I wonder where they got the engine from?

Eh I already got Wolfenstein so I'll pass.

I bet its exactly like wolfenstein with slighty altered graphics.

I kind of like it. I downloaded the Lite version and have been playing it.

My biggest gripe is that the graphical quality could be much better. Blake Stone and Corridor 7 were both Wolf3D based, but you'd never know it just looking at them. Looking at this game, you have no trouble fingering it as Wolf3D.

As Seishu said, it's Open Source. I've been working on fixing a number of bugs, especially in the map downloads. Hopefully id will take my patches when they're done.

Though it's kind of weird to be digging through the code and finding notes left by one "jdc". Wonder who that could be?

Seriously, i'm getting a lot of deja vu... 10 things happened when i was talking about something, and the next day or a few hours later, something very similar happens...

I'm getting creeped out as if i had some psycho vision/thought o__o.. Anyways, there was this ad about a "agent 51" so, now there's "area 52", both in teh 50's... Pretty lame, but this was the lamest deja vu out of all of them.

Okay, onto the comment, this game looks like the engine running on Wolfenstein o_o

Upcoming iPhone Games: World of Midgard,Paper Monsters, LostWinds,The First Attempt,Blade Slinger, Kale in Dinoland, Prevail

For those of you still wondering if it's open source or not, here's the page where id Software links to the source code file:

(Look at the bottom of the page on the left.)

Here are the downloads for the three different revisions:

Note that the most recent revision lacks the "base" directory. You'll need to extract it from the IPA file.
