My game is offensive

I'm sure I'm not the only person going through this, but my game has been rejected twice already. I got this email from Apple today:

"Applications must not contain any obscene, pornographic, offensive or defamatory content or materials of any kind (text, graphics, images, photographs, etc.), or other content or materials that in Apple's reasonable judgement may be found objectionable by iPhone or iPod touch users."

Please refer to the attached screenshot.

If you believe that you can make the necessary changes so that 30 and Dirty does not violate the iPhone SDK Agreement we encourage you to do so and resubmit it for review.

It was referring to a picture in the game, which is basically a colored version of this:



I'm not 100% sure what they found offensive, whether it was the long finger nails, the "I ATTACK WOMEN" logo, the "I KNOW LINUX" logo, or just the fact that the Linux penguin was used. I removed the "I ATTACK WOMEN" logo and re-submitted the game. Also, just to be safe, I removed a picture of the main character smoking....

I am curious about other devs, when your game/app was rejected because of "obscene" material, what exactly was it that caused it to be rejected? I want to know because I really don't want my game to be rejected for a 3rd time.

Oh, you're right about the broken link.

And thanks for the comment, although honestly I am already sick of playing my game. I'll probably be looking for beta testers for the huge update I am doing next month, so keep checking the forums.
