We have invented the next Doodle Jump! Obstacles, blocks, kick butt music, and retro graphics included at no extra cost. But of course no game is complete without TA's input!! Examples include trampolines, magnets, etc. The really good ones will make it in, code named Operation Going Up. The winners names/usernames will be placed inside the item description in game. following and RTing! As for obstacles... you should have tetris like blocks falling down or if you want to go with a theme try birds, airplanes, clouds, space debris, satellites, asteroids and stars as obstacles. The background should also change as you go higher.
No thread yet. Anything will be acceptable. When I mean obstacles, think along the line of Labyrinth 2 or similar. Breakable blocks, sticky tape, anything will do as long as you explain how it would affect the main character.

You need diarehha falling on the player. He would begin puking and try to get it off him. from the space shuttles of course Bird poop too! Its always fun to watch some get hit by bird poop. okay im done with stupid suggestions =P How about a space shuttle lifting off in the back ground, then the booster rockets would fall off of it and be an obstacle to you?
I like those. I think I might need to be more specific. In Doodle Jump, there are normal platforms and special platforms We are looking for special platforms. AND We need obstacles on the walls, like slime, bouncy sections, etc.
an obstacle can be a alien ship! it can be decending right down the screen and you gotta avoid it other wise it will knock you down. OR the alien ship can be a moving platform! It moves around even with you on it so it is helpful, but it moves really fast so you might slip off of it!

for a platform maybe its covered in gum so you get stuck to it and you dont jump as high, for an obstacle a space cow, complete with helmet and everything

DGH94! You reveal them? Now I'm FORCED to code them. Anyway, I wanted to ask how many of you guys would like microphone features, such as blowing to slow down brick fall. How many of you guys own iPhones or iPod touches but have an external mic?
I dont have a mic thing on my ipod so I wouldn't like that. Im sure you would get a lot of 1 star reviews in the app store from people without mikes. I always see one star reviews if ANYTHING at all is not to their liking in the game.
Just wanted to say that the contest is still ongoing, and many of your ideas are very good, and might actually make it! The real question is though: Which ones?
