Bubble Town

This looks like a fun game... always liked such shooters. Has anyone tried it?

I wish there was Dynomite for iPhone/iPod

Update with a first impression:

First I've attached a screenshot with a better resolution so you can appreciate the nice graphics.

PROS
- Graphics
- Colorblind aware
- Resume (note that it resumes level from beginning)
- Controls (no tapping to aim & shot as Bubble Bash)
- Power-ups

CONS
- Matching animation not so smooth (feels a millisecond frame drop before some matching)
- One game mode
- Loading time

It seems the game needs some tweaking here and there to feel smoother. The PocketGamer review (another device tho) revels that the game has only 31 levels.

I'm not sure how long they will last but sleepy and cloudy bubbles make the game not so easy. It seems it will not be a walk in the park to beat all levels.

In the other hand, Bubble Bash has a lot of content but it's repetitive tho it gets a bit harder every time (the number of levels here as a feature is relative). Bubble Bash had concern about colorblind but it's too subtle IMO.

Priced $3.99 it's a nice game to play and may bring nice challenges after 3 or 4 levels. Be prepared!

Right now 4/5 tho I admit that I have to play it more.

This was already being discussed here:

Though not much has come out of it yet.

Here's a review I've found for another mobile device. It seems the game has 31 levels.

Popcap should port it sometime. I hope so anyway.

I took the plunge. In my opinion... this is more like Snood. Bubble Bash is more like Bust-a-Move. If you like Snood, this one's a easy win... even if the price is a bit high for only 31 levels IMHO. Maybe there's an unlockable infinity mode or something. I'll let you all know...
