The fun part of the bug is that if you have a low armour plane you will take more damage to the other planes.

The good news is that we only need to do a minor modification for the server and not an actual application update.

My respect for finding this bug! It will be immediately fixed.
Also we are planning to do a minor update with some bugfixes including the one with the player's name. You will have 18 characters maximum name length.

No wonder I was finding it easier to down planes! So right now less armor=greater firepower... Neat! Way to go Cometti Also I had a bad case of the choppies yesterday after upgrading to the latest version (long story) and I had to totally restore my iPod. Is this issue server related or a problem with the software getting installed funny or something. Knowing this kind of stuff would help us out greatly in determining for ourselves if we should try fixing the issues ourselves, by resetting, uninstalling, reinstalling, ect... or if we should just be paitent and wait for you guys to resolve things on your end. I lost my 100 dogfight stat along with all the others. I wish there was a way to get those back. In future versions could there be a way to sync all your userdata to your pc via iTunes somehow? Also if someone upgrades their iPhone/iPod then there previous ranking then becomes null and void. All of the top 10 worked hard to get there, it will be a shame seeing people having to start from scratch trying to get back there simply because their batteries eventually wore out.

Yes I have tried all the planes though not extinsively. It sounds like though after Razvan fixes this firepower armor bug, I should try them all out again to see how the perform as they were intended too.

Razvan said he has not fixed yet. He will let us know when he's done. Btw, after the fixed, u'll find u down faster on planes having less armor than your plane but down slower on planes that has higher armor.

After the fix we will have 18 characters for name. Now let's start thinking of our name. Let's see, I will change to [SAB]Sparrowhawk. 16 characters. Haha.

Yeah, I know! Sounds like I will like the Yak more after that correction is made! I really do hope he will be kind enough to respond about the choppiness issues, and also about our scores being tied to our hardware. I know you have brought up that last concern in the past when you were considering upgrading your iPhone.
