iScarlet...are they serious?

ok, for me this is taking it too far! iScarlet!!! from what i can tell you
get one picture of one model, you get to jumble it up and then put it
back together in the right order!......

for anyone who doesn't believe this injustice....
http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=301684541&mt=8
and worst of all, their charging five dollars for this crap!

i know this happens with everything, and its the way the world works,
but as the app store advances and we get better apps, we also get so
many crap apps! and pretty soon the pile of crap is gonna be big enough
to stink up the app store!

literally! iFart is in the top ten apps!!
and has been for quite a while....

i dunno about anyone else but the amount of devs with no imagination,
no ideas, no experience, probably no money and no intentions of
making a decent app really annoy me! i hate anyone who is in it purely
to make a quick dollar and the amount of these apps is spoiling the app
store for me.

Can this dev be sued for using her photo without permission? I'm assuming that's what he did.

If you're going to make an app such as this, at LEAST put in more photos!

Concept/Idea?

Maybe Apple should do this.

Currently, Apple gets 30% profit of all apps in the app store.

Apple should get more than 30% of profit for crap apps.

To me this might discourage stupid developers from making more stupid apps because they arn't getting as much money as they usually would.

I Don't know, this thought just came up. d=
