Does it really go by time zone or by the country you're in? Like what if your phone number was registered in LA but you were in NYC right now.. How could they tell?

I think it'll be released across the whole US all at once. In other words...by country not time zone

Probably either eastern (probably and hopefully) OR pacific time.

I mean, there's just one US app store, right?

I certainly hope it does not get released by West Coast time. I can not stay up THAT late.
