Best developers/ publishers of 2009?

Who really impressed you this year, in terms of game output, game quality, satisfying gaming demand, community rapport, etc.

Gameloft makes great looking games with zero replayability for a high price.

As much as I enjoy their games, I wouldn't be surprised if Gameloft really did hire shills. The amount of games the release on the app store is beyond ridiculous and they have a reputation to protect. It's almost as if their business is almost entirely dependent on the app store.
