Can devs track if we've deleted their apps?

Can they know how short / long we have their apps? Can they know if we delete it? Can they know the rating we give?

Four most influential games: Papi Jump, iDracula, Fieldrunners, Flight Control.

They know the rating, but they don't know if you deleted it.

You won't find me on the leaderboards.

How common is this thing? I don't like the sound of it. Usually I let apps use my location because I assume it's needed for some of the features to function properly, but now I think I'll stop. It just gives any dumb kid with a dev license my name, age, gender and location? Does it want a detailed history of my sex life too?
